Here is my personal review on a few brand named cloth diapers:
Alva pocket diaper (China cheapies)
This was my first pocket diaper that I have ever tried on my son and my experience ? I love them. Despite all the negative reviews and opinions in China cheapies my overall experience has been great ! These diapers are one size and usually fit 10 pounds and up on the smallest setting. These one sizes vary on baby to baby. For me my baby has skinny legs and we had to wait until he was around 12 pounds to use them efficiently. There is one row of snaps to ensure perfect fit around the waist and a set of 4 snaps near the hip that keep fly away wings that are vitally important to prevent leaks from the legs and the typical 3 rows of snaps that usually come with most one size diapers. I bought two types of inserts to try out the bamboo and the microfiber. They both function great but I prefer microfiber for nights and bamboo for days for less bulk.
